The best startup newsletter I’ve even seen

Peter Chamberlain was a mentee of mine at MIT who has now successfully launched his business, Auto-Pilot Medical Devices. After he moved to North Dakota we did a Skype mentoring session which worked well and reinforced my belief that Skype can be a great medium for mentoring, so long as the group is kept to a small size.

Peter’s web site is extremely well done and I recommend you visit it. But the subject of this post is his newsletter which is the best startup newsletter I’ve seen.

The design is clean, elegant, attractive and engaging. But more importantly the content is exactly what you want to know about APMD, expressed clearly, concisely and completely.

A newsletter like this is a great way to keep your stakeholders – investors, advisors, professional service providers, vendors, and friends of the company – up to date, in a very efficient and effective manner.

I don’t know how often Peter plans to send out his newsletter, but I do know I’m really looking forward to receiving the next issue!

The sections of the newsletter are:

The Device

The App

Outcomes

Why Walking?

Why not Fitbit?

Company Progress

Our Partners

Our Board of Directors

Our Advisers

Contact Us!

Here’s the entire newsletter:
